Fantastic warm waters greeted us at the beach in Coronado. This is the view from in front of 'The Del" looking northwest out to Point Loma. My daughter and I had so much fun searching for sand dollars on the beach here. The end of the beach is open to dogs and we walked all the way up and wished we had brought our dog Sam with us when we saw all of the k9's having a fun day at the beach. He would have loved it as much as we did.

This is a view of reeds along the San Diego Bay with that red California curb that's so noticeable to anyone that takes the time to look. I saw this colorful view out of the stairway of our hotel backdoor on our recent trip to San Diego.

Of the many artists I follow online, I saw one that is located in California, who does many paintings of the local sites. Being that I love California and that I'm a prior resident, I couldnt resist painting some sun filled palm trees today.
